CrossFit Iron Will Teens and Tweens Program

Our next kids and teens sessions will be postponed until July


The CrossFit Teens and Tweens program is a combination of functional exercises, calisthenics, gymnastics and games, performed at high intensity. Children and teens of all athletic backgrounds and abilities will improve their strength, balance, mobility, and coordination in a safe and social environment. Fun and vigorous exercises motivate young athletes to make physical activity and wellness a lifelong priority. Young athletes athletes will benefit from improved self-esteem while learning about nutrition, exercise, and teamwork- in a supportive and FUN environment!

We offer sessions in 6-week increments throughout the year- including the summer!   Programming highlights the CrossFit foundational movements, foundations programming, nutrition, mobility, gymnastics, and strength building.

Athletes will participate in benchmark WODs and track their progress in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Flexible pricing options are available!

**Additional scheduling and rates are available for athletes and teams who wish to advance their skills during the off-season.
