    First! Good Luck Evan and Sara you’re gonna do great! Congrats Roger and Joel….Sorry guysits but what Heath meant to post was 105 1/2 400m runs for time haha Miss you guys! Looks like another good one! If I’m not in tomorrow it’s because I can’t walk-if I’m not back by Wednesday I either died or melted, probably melted….lets try this sleep thing one more time

    Nick, that is amazing!!! I don’t know if I’ll ever run one mile in 4:46 let alone 26.2.

    I’ve been getting txt updates on Evans times. His mile pace is dropping a little but not too much. He’s almost done!
