  1. First! Good Luck Evan and Sara you’re gonna do great! Congrats Roger and Joel….Sorry guysits but what Heath meant to post was 105 1/2 400m runs for time haha Miss you guys! Looks like another good one! If I’m not in tomorrow it’s because I can’t walk-if I’m not back by Wednesday I either died or melted, probably melted….lets try this sleep thing one more time

  6. I know you runners will do amazing – I am inspired by your determination! Really loved today’s WOD- only 4 plus 1 but always happy when I can then say “Rx”

Thanks to everyone at Crossfit. It is more like being with good friends than “going to the gym”! You all are awesome.

  10. Nick, that is amazing!!! I don’t know if I’ll ever run one mile in 4:46 let alone 26.2.

I’ve been getting txt updates on Evans times. His mile pace is dropping a little but not too much. He’s almost done!

  11. Welcome Anne, it was great to see you!

  12. 6+10 RX

Heat was intense today. I am not looking foward to the summer.

  13. 4+30 Rx. I fall off quickly in the heat, something I need to work on.

  14. Good job to all the marathoners!

@Casey – I ripped my hands during the WOD today & I heard that you might have some good tips on helping them heal quicker. I won’t be back in the box until Monday – I’d appreciate it if you have any tips if you could post them for me! Thanks!

  15. 5 + 6 – row instead of run, the rest Rx

Welcome to Crossfit Auntie Anne! :-)

  16. 4+30+25M. “run” Rx. I really really hate running. Dear fellow regional team competitors: if we have to run can I opt out now? haha

Post WOD 1mile run with Jisselle..it was a good one!

  17. 5+28 Rx
    Great run today Dani!!
